Where did you think all the items you got from Toad, the princess, and the Hammer Brothers were going? (Though I admit the original version of the game helps you out a little bit by showing the prizes from Toad's house actually flying into the inventory box.)


Or did you just think the inventory was some kind of useless trophy case?
