Bill Simmons really has perfected the use of wild analogies as a form of criticism. I wish I could pull out a clever analogy to complement my statement but I'm no Bill Simmons!

Sam Bowie was an oft-injured center who the Blazers drafted over Jordan. Later, they drafted Oden over Durant in a similar miscalculation.
