I have an unhealthy obsession with baseball stats denoted in wins. I think they're cool, and I enjoy the fact that each one is a "theory" of how baseball works. That's why I like having many win-based stats; I think there is something to learn from each one and I'm in no hurry to anoint one particular stat "the best." That would take away the fun.
And we wouldn't want to take away the fun.
