    Today I enjoyed a free lunch at the grand opening of You-Chun on 36th street. They only had three menu items available, all variations on spicy arrowroot starch noodles - plain, with beef, and with fish. A couple people walked in and left upon hearing these constraints, but I appreciated the lean offering. Highly recommended.
