The Google Browser (codename: waggle)
If the gbrowser comes out soon, it means that AOL bought netscape and effectively handed over its assets (except for netscape.com (yaaaawwwwn)) to a top competitor, for free.
I don't like the name "gbrowser" - let's all start calling it "waggle." Thanks.
waggle is almost as bad a word as blog.

It's fun to talk about the name - but what about the fact that AOL spent a ton of money on Netscape and gave it away?

A fact that I find even more humorous than the debate over names, simply because when AOL paid ungodly sums for it, they lead its development into becoming no more and no less than Mozilla with a different skin.

Oops, I was wrong: Red Hat agreed Thursday to pay America Online up to $23 million in cash for the assets of Netscape Communications' Security Solutions unit.
